beast不作动词，也没有动词形式。该词只作名词。
（1）an animal, especially a large or dangerous one尤指大型或危险的野兽
（2）someone who is cruel or unpleasant性情凶残的人，畜牲，禽兽
例如：You beast! Let go!
你这畜牲，放手！
（3）something of a particular type or that has a particular quality—usually use humorously某种东西，具有某种特点的事物，一般为幽默用法
例如：A city at night is a very different beast.
夜晚的城市又别有一番景象。
（4）the beast in sb.：the part of someone's character that makes them experience hatred, strong sexual feelings, violence, etc.某人的兽性
