4.炒锅下油,放瘦肉先炒到变颜色,捞起装盘备用,
5.锅留油,放蒜头炒香,
6.下芹菜炒,
7.再下豆皮,
8.翻炒几下,加少许水,
9.然生放瘦肉,
10.翻炒均匀,再下少许酱油给豆桐腊握皮上色,
11.翻炒均匀就可装盘上桌了~
