第1段:写信目的推荐。

It's my pleasure to recommend ... for his application to work in your company.
第2段:全面介绍。
可以用到的连词,比如: Furthermore, moreover, besides, What's more.
第3段:总结再次推荐，希望对方考虑雇佣。
From my perspective, he would be a good choice. I would be grateful if you would like to consider my consideration. Looking forward to hearing from you at the earliest possible moment.
If he can join your company, he will give full play to his talent. And your company will also be greatly benefited. So I strongly recommend ... to you.
