"乌鱼 2~3片","蒜苗 2~3根","酱油 2小匙","糖 1大匙","水 1.5杯","乌醋 少许","沙拉油 少许","米酒 少许",
做法:
1:乌鱼片洗净,沥干备用蒜苗处理好之后斜切成厚片状
2:干锅中倒入少许沙拉油热油后将鱼片放进锅中稍微煎至半熟
3:酱油、糖、少许米酒及 1.5 杯的水下锅用中大火烧煮
4:煮至鱼快熟之后放进蒜苗和少许乌醋续煮至汤汁收干成稠状即可
