材料

"猪里肌 600克","新鲜香菇 2朵","金针菇 1包","绿竹笋 1支","木耳 100克","白萝卜 600克","红萝卜 适量","柴鱼片 1小包","油葱酥 适量","蒜头酥 适量","胡椒粉 适量","地瓜粉 适量","沙茶酱 适量(可不加)","香油 适量(可不加)","盐 适量","蚝油 适量","蛋 1个","香菜 适量","乌醋 适量"

做法

step1

1: 柴鱼片加500CC的水熬成高汤备用

2: 猪里肌切条备用

3: 香菇。金针菇.绿竹笋.木耳.红萝卜切丝.白萝卜切小丁备用

4: 猪里肌裹粉放入滚水中川烫.川烫后的水加入柴鱼高汤里

5: 将步骤3的食材加入高汤中熬煮
