Transmit的意思是

而Convey的意思是
to take or carry (someone or something) from one place to another （把一样东西从一个地方传递到另一个地方给别人）
to make (something) known to someone （让某人认识到一个人或者一些事）
law : to change the ownership of (property) from one person to another （在法律上：转换所有权）
