菜脯虾仁蛋炒饭
材料"白饭200克","虾仁100克","菜脯30克","葱20克","鸡蛋2只","豉油1茶匙","糖1/2茶匙","白胡椒粉1/4茶匙","虾仁腌料:","绍兴酒1茶匙","盐1/4茶匙","白胡椒粉1/4茶匙 "做法1:洗净菜脯,用水浸泡20分钟,切粒 2:在细碗内打发鸡蛋 3:葱切粒 4:虾仁切细粒,加入腌料腌20分钟 5:中火烧热平底锅,落油,炒虾仁直至转色后,放在一旁备用 6:用同一平底锅,落少许油,煮白饭至饭粒独立分开 7:然后在饭中间弄一个洞,倒入蛋浆 8:直至蛋浆包裹着饭粒 9:加入虾仁及菜脯,以豉油,糖及白胡椒粉调味 10:洒上葱花 11:即可上碟
