纪元系列一共有五部。
因为纪元系列是由作者 Robert Jordan 和 Brandon Sanderson 合作完成的，包括 The Eye of the World, The Great Hunt, The Dragon Reborn, The Shadow Rising 和 The Fires of Heaven 五部作品构成。
值得一提的是，由于 Robert Jordan 去世，Brandon Sanderson 接手完成了系列的最后三部作品，分别是The Gathering Storm, Towers of Midnight 和 A Memory of Light。
