做法
1:将芋头蒸熟,加入奶油.砂糖搅拌均匀后捣成泥,放凉备用
2:将材料二(蛋糕体蛋黄)搅拌均匀
3:蛋白稍加打发,分2次加入细砂糖后,打至硬性发泡
4:将做法1跟2混合后,加入过筛面粉拌匀
5:到入烤模,以上火下火160/150,约烤15分,放凉
