CCIB和CIQ是什么意思

CCIB：China Commodity Inspection Bureau中国商品检验局，目前已经改叫 CIQ（China Inspection and Quarantine）了，意思是中国国家检验检疫局，是以前的商检局和动植物检疫局合并而来。
