“白班”“晚班”，都可以用到一个单词：shift。
Shift: a period of work time in a factory, hospital, or other place where some people work during the day and some work at night

最常见的三个“班”：

至于night shift和evening shift有什么区别，有人说是可以互换使用，night shift的使用频率更高。
但是严谨一点的人会把下午4点到凌晨12点这段时间叫evening shift；
把凌晨12点到第二天8点叫night shift。
